With the sales increase rapidly, we moved our plant to a larger area with 9000sqm in 2018, and we were awarded as a high-tech enterprise in 2019.With 3 years's development, the area is not enough to support our production, so we purchased a new plant with 23,000sqm, now the monthly capacity can be more than 125 tons for fabric, 50,000 sets of soft armor panel and 50,000pcs of ballistic plates. The lead time can be very short for urgent orders and big ordersOur products can be divided into three parts: bulletproof series, anti-stab series and multi threat which is bulletproof and anti-stab.The bulletproof series includes UD fabric, soft armor panel, hard armor plate, bulletproof vest, helmet, shield, etc. Different carriers of the vest can be customized according to specific requirements.The anti-stab series and bulletproof and anti-stab series includes vest and panel also.The styles of helmets includes FAST, MICH, MICH TACTICAL and PASGT. The material of helmet can be PE or aramid. Regarding the product tests, we send our products to professional laboratories like NTS, OBL to have tests.The most important thing of body armor is the protective performance. Besides this, our core technology is the lightweight and comfort. We adopt the high performance fiber, protective unit structure design, namely the ratio of fiber and resin, and the selection of resin, which is helpful to reach the purpose of lightweight and comfortable.Regarding to the quality control, our quality control includes four steps: First of all, we inspect all the raw material, fiber and ceramics are the main important raw material. We inspect the strength, modulus Linear density and Breaking elongation of the fibers. For ceramics, we inspect the hardness, density, size and thickness. As for size and thickness, due to the tolerance of this two data, we did a full inspection of these two data. The purpose of this work is to distinguish the ceramic sizes by smaller tolerance intervals. We will make sure the ceramics on a plate is in the same tolerance intervals. The smaller the gap, the harder for a bullet to go through it. The inspection is followed by self-inspection of workers. Every workers should handle the self-inspection for the products they manufactured, these will be the main data of their KPI.Next is our procedure inspection, our QC and technical department joint together to work on the first article inspection, and the QC department will inspect the semi- products from each production procedure.Finally is the inspection for the finished products. On the one hand, QC inspect the products according to the required parameters, such as weight and appearance. On the other hand, our technical department select samples from the bulk orders randomly and send them to labs to have tests. It's qualified products only passed both the inspection by our QC and the professional ballistic tests.All the products have a individual ID, which can help us track the lots of raw material, producing machine, parameter of the products quickly when the customer has concern, and so that we can offer the solution as soon as possible.We not only seek for company development, but also pay much attention to the environment protection and sustainable development.We are environmental protection exemption, no waste gas, no waste water, and toxic free.
